Killashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, mix and serve beverages, and occasionally assist with food service while upholding licensing rules and delivering exceptional hospitality.

The role is on site at our hotel with flexible hours and shifts across the week. We value teamwork, guest care and professional presentation, offering opportunities for development within a supportive hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18.
• Available Monday-Sunday.
• Flexible with hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Greet and attend to all guest requests, resolving issues with warmth and efficiency.
• Present and serve beverages, and assist with food service when required, following procedures and licensing rules.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Display hospitality and positive interaction with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare and serve drinks and, when needed, light snacks or food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Provide attentive, personalised service to guests and handle complaints calmly.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver smooth service during busy periods.

Key Requirements:

• Must be over 18

• Strong Customer Service, planning, organisational & time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• To greet and attend to all customer requests in a warm, friendly and professional manner and deal with any customer complaints with warmth and efficiency and according to established procedure.
• To present and serve all beverages and occasionally serve food in a friendly and professional manner as dictated by procedures, observing licensing regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service.
• Work as part of a team.
• Display excellent hospitality through positive interaction with both guests and co-workers.
