Job summary

Killashee Hotel in Naas, Ireland, is seeking a Banqueting Manager to lead our events and banqueting operations with a focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.

You will manage multiple events, work with sales to maximize revenue, and mentor a team while maintaining budgets and schedules. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for delivering memorable occasions.

The Banqueting Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel's banqueting and events operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient coordination between departments.

Main Duties

• Manage day-to-day banqueting operations across multiple events
