Job summary

Carrigaline Court Hotel & Leisure Centre is hiring for a Full Time Position in Collins Bar. The role operates on a 5 days over 7 schedule, requiring close liaison with Heads of Department to maintain staffing levels and oversee bookings, bar operations, and service to a high standard.

You will lead the F&B team, uphold cleanliness and guest care, manage customer needs proactively, and drive training and communication across the department to deliver consistent, award-winning service.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with HODs daily to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
• Manage all bookings.
• Supervise Collins Bar and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines.
• Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
• Lead F&B team by recruiting, training and appraising staff.
• Establish schedules, policies and procedures.
• Foster two-way communication and teamwork.
• Assist in the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department.
• Be responsible for service delivery and standards in the F&B department on duty.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness in all areas.
• Engage with guests to obtain feedback and address issues.
• Handle complaints calmly and ensure complete service recovery.
• Participate in training within the hotel.
