Sligo Park Hotel is seeking a bar and restaurant team member to ensure smooth operation of the department during duty periods. The role requires 18+ and flexibility for weekdays and weekends, with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional handling of complaints.

The ideal candidate will maintain high personal hygiene, wear the correct uniform, and participate in ongoing in-house training, while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum hospitality experience suitable for a bar/restaurant team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar and restaurant department runs smoothly while on duty.
• Strive for customer satisfaction at all times while on duty.
• Handle customer complaints professionally according to hotel procedure.
• Deal with staff issues and complaints when required.
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
• Wear correct uniform and name badge at all times while on duty.
• Present and punctual for all in-house training programmes.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental procedures and practices.
