The Address Sligo is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and ensure smooth operation and outstanding guest service. You will supervise all aspects of delivery and service, maintaining high standards in line with company policies and SOPs.

Reporting to the F&B Manager, the role emphasizes cost control, staff training, and ensuring a professional dining experience for guests in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Implement consistent delivery of superior customer service through SOPs.
• Maintain professional impression to customers and team members.
• Act on customer feedback including complaints and compliments.
• Be aware of budgeted and actual departmental targets.
• Assist with payroll cost control through rota planning.
• Monitor departmental operating costs in line with forecasted levels.
• Supervise daily operations while upholding brand standards and shift controls.
• Comply with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and licensing requirements.
