We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive individual to provide executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgement, maintain strict confidentiality and build effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating competing demands and ensuring actions and priorities are progressed efficiently.
The role includes responsibility for managing executive diaries and correspondence, coordinating meetings and governance activities, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting organisational projects and acting as a key point of contact for the CEO's office. The postholder will also support strategic and operational priorities through effective communication, coordination and follow-through.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years' relevant administrative or executive support experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience supporting senior executives, governance processes or organisational projects would be advantageous. A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related field is desirable.
The position is a full-time role working 35 hours per week and is based at Sunbeam House Services Head Office in Bray. Hybrid working arrangements are available, subject to operational requirements. The role requires flexibility and travel across organisational locations, therefore a full driving licence and access to own transport are essential.
