HR Duo is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive and Director team, based at the Irish Farm Centre in Dublin 12. You will organise meetings, manage diaries, prepare papers, arrange travel, and ensure accurate documentation and scheduling across Board and Committee activities.

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team, providing support at the Executive and Director level. This is a very busy role requiring excellent computer, communication and organisational skills. A high level of attention to detail is essential.
The role includes organising meetings and preparing relevant documentation, travel arrangements and diary management.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, third level or other relevant qualifications and be capable of working in a fast-paced, changeable environment while always maintaining their professionalism. This is a full-time role, based in the Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Provide administrative support at Executive and Director level.
Organisation of Board and Committee meetings - preparation of papers, collating and circulating documentation within agreed timelines.
Booking of meeting rooms, arranging catering and ensuring all AV requirements are met.
Manage calendars to ensure coordination of schedules.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other key documents demonstrating close attention to detail.
Updating Committee details on IFA systems.
Deal with Officer, Member and Stakeholder queries/requests and follow up to conclusion.
Provide cover to other EAs as necessary.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and video conferencing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to organise workflow and deliver on priorities while maintaining a detail-oriented focus.
Proofreading.
Capacity to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
