Job summary

Johnson Controls Systems & Service Ltd - HVAC Ireland is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to connect European stakeholders with development teams building our Applied Chiller equipment tools.

You will translate regional needs into Features, lead delivery, and demo outcomes to ensure acceptance criteria and customer value are met. You will independently lead complex projects and launches across Europe, collaborating with sales, application engineering and product teams while exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years in product, business systems analysis or software development lifecycle.
• Experience writing Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria on Agile/SAFe teams.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships across Europe with sales, engineering, product and support teams.
• Write Detailed Features with business value, scope, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Lead complex projects and product launches for European markets; track progress and dependencies.
• Demonstrate Features to stakeholders and capture feedback for iterations.
• Support user acceptance testing and regional rollout, including release notes and training material.
