Job summary

You will convert needs into Features, guide delivery, and demo outcomes to ensure acceptance. You’ll manage complex European projects and launches, driving process and tool improvements while partnering with sales, engineering, and product teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in product, business systems analysis or SDLC with stakeholder-facing work.
• Experience writing Features and User Stories with acceptance criteria on Agile teams; SAFe a plus.
• Confidence leading stakeholder meetings and product demos with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Connect European stakeholders with development teams to define Features.
• Lead discovery, capture requirements, write Features, and demo for acceptance.
• Track delivery, report risks and dependencies across regions.
• Support UAT and rollout, including release notes and training materials.
• Mentor other analysts and drive improvements to processes and tools.
