Johnson Controls Systems & Service Ltd - HVAC Ireland seeks a Chiller Engineering Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary design organization supporting new product development, product enhancements, and sustaining engineering for the EMEA chiller portfolio.

You will deploy resources, processes, and standards to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in product development or engineering design within manufacturing.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams for HVAC/chiller design.
• Experience with CAD and PLM systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary design organization for chiller products in the EMEA region.
• Deliver high-quality engineering outputs aligned with roadmaps, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive resource planning, talent development, and continuous improvement across the design organization.
• Ensure adherence to engineering design standards, governance, and documentation practices.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites in Nantes (France) and Izmir (Turkey) to support DFM and manufacturing readiness.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Design, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
