Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Dublin is seeking a Fund Servicing Associate to support ETF lifecycle processing, settlement, and collateral activities within the ETF Operations team.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to reduce risk, improve client experience, and increase processing efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ETF lifecycle processing from order placement through settlement.
• Monitor incoming cash receipts related to ETF orders and investigate exceptions.
• Manage incoming and outgoing collateral activity related to ETF orders.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Portfolio Composition File activity and related operational issues.
• Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activity within required timelines.
• Build relationships with ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors.
• Partner with internal teams across client service, custody, fund accounting, and the broader ETF organization.
• Drive efficiencies through process improvement, documentation, and control enhancements.
• Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants, partnering with product and technology on delivery.

As a Fund Servicing Associate at JPMorganChase within the Exchange Traded Funds Operations team, you will help deliver dedicated operational support across the ETF lifecycle. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to reduce risk, improve client experience, and increase processing efficiency. You will contribute to process improvements and metrics that strengthen day-to-day execution and long-term scalability.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
