Job summary

State Street Corporation in Dublin is seeking an Officer to join the ETF Servicing Team. You will produce and coordinate confirmation for primary ETF orders, monitor settlements, and deliver timely reporting while handling client inquiries with high service standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a virtual global team, risk identification and process improvements, plus ongoing development through trainings and project work.

Qualifications

• Primary degree or professional/accounting qualification.
• Financial or business background with ETF funds knowledge.
• Knowledge of ETF funds is preferred.
• Willingness to work in the office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate confirmation production for primary market ETF orders.
• Instruct, review and monitor settlement for ETF orders.
• Timely and accurate preparation of reporting.
• Investigation and resolution of internal queries.
• Manage client queries to ensure high service levels.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
• Identify risks with processing and address them.
• Review overall job process for efficiencies.
• Engage in project work within the team.
