Portfolio Group is seeking an entry level Sales Representative in Dublin 3 to drive new business opportunities and win clients for HR and health & safety solutions. You will engage with Directors and business owners, qualify leads, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel in a high-energy team.

This role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of €40k–€60k in Year 1 and top performers earning €100k+.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or hospitality/door-to-door sales background preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales funnel.
• Comfort with outbound calling to Directors and Business Owners.

Responsibilities

• Outbound lead generation: call Directors and Business Owners to generate leads.
• Lead generation: self-generate new leads, appointments and referrals.
• Pipeline management: build and maintain sales funnel to meet quarterly targets.
• Consultative selling: introduce services and software solutions to clients.
