The Portfolio Group Inc in Dublin 3 is seeking a Graduate/Entry Level Business Sales Representative to start a fast-paced sales career. You will identify and develop new business, conduct outbound calls to Directors and Business Owners, and build a robust sales pipeline.

With full training and an elite coaching program, you can achieve uncapped earnings with an OTE of up to €40,000–€45,000 in Year 1 and potential top results over €100k.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in outbound lead generation or telesales.
• Willingness to undergo full training and coaching.
• Attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the small to mid-market sector.
• Outbound calling of Directors and Business Owners to generate leads.
• Proactively self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals.
• Build and manage the sales funnel to meet quarterly targets.
