Job summary

Chargebee is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the billing and monetization design across enterprise deals in the EMEA region. You will guide the process from discovery through architecture sign-off and handoff to Professional Services, acting as a trusted advisor on revenue strategy and pricing.

This role strengthens Chargebee's EMEA enterprise motion and requires deep SaaS experience. You’ll lead discussions with CFOs and engineering leaders, translate complex billing into clear business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Presales or Solutions Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise deals with multi-stakeholder engagements at CFO/CTO level.
• Strong understanding of APIs and SaaS integrations and their business impact.
• Genuine curiosity about pricing and monetization models (usage-based, subscription architecture).
• Fluency in English and at least one of German, French or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across complex enterprise deals from discovery to architecture sign-off and handoff to Professional Services.
• Own conversations with CFOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders, translating billing complexity into business value.
• Deliver prospect-specific demos and PoCs mapped to each customer’s revenue model and integration landscape.
• Collaborate with EMEA enterprise AEs and the broader Solutions Consulting team to sharpen deal strategy and messaging.
• Drive clean handoffs to Professional Services to accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
• Provide market and product feedback to GTM and product teams based on field intelligence.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site prospect meetings, customer events, and team offsites.
