Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Billing Account Executive (Hunter) in Dublin to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will manage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand Stripe’s footprint within strategic accounts.

You’ll engage with executives and technical stakeholders, build value, and drive renewals with strong negotiation and a hands-on mindset. You should have 4+ years in tech sales, proven quota attainment, and the ability to navigate complex requirements

Qualifications

4+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company and a track record of top performance.
Owning a direct sales quota with closing new business or expansion.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners.
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment.
Self-starter who drives results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB/enterprise opportunities.
Develop long-term sales strategies and expand Stripe’s footprint within accounts.
Negotiate commercial terms and lead bespoke agreements with stakeholders.
Build account plans, map stakeholders, and drive executive relationships.
Collaborate with product and finance teams to align on requirements and outcomes.
Lead outbound strategies and contribute to sales process improvements.
