Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team in Ireland. You’ll identify, develop, and close new business and expansion opportunities, acting as the primary contact for clients and delivering value-driven solutions.

You’ll partner with presales to shape compelling POCs, RFPs, and winning pitches, coordinate with legal, finance, and sales leadership for negotiations, and drive deals through a fast-paced pipeline while building lasting customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
7+ years of direct sales experience, SaaS software sales preferred.
5+ years’ experience selling Enterprise SaaS.
5+ years’ experience selling professional services.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven success in managing customer accounts and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Analytical and business acumen with a focus on digital transformation.
Proficient with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
MS Office proficiency; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect, sell and close business into Mid-size Business and Enterprise accounts.
Develop fluency on Laserfiche software and its offerings, including services.
Identify and present suitable Laserfiche solutions for customer needs, from sales management to C-suite.
Manage the sales process with professionalism.
Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned account contacts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deal success and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales, finance and legal on pricing and contract negotiations.
Create targeted briefing packets, proposals and presentations.
Moderate business and technical meetings throughout the sales process.
Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely quota fulfillment.
