Job summary

Smart Communications seeks an Account Director level SaaS sales executive to drive revenue in Ireland/Northern Ireland, targeting large enterprise customers with complex SaaS licenses.

You will build a strong pipeline, cross-sell/upsell, and expand verticals through campaigns and partnerships, while collaborating with marketing and pre-sales. A remote/hybrid setup with regular travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling high value SaaS solutions and/or software licenses in the defined sector and geography.
• Understanding of CCM, ECM & BPM Solutions, Salesforce ecosystem, and CRM concepts.
• Ability to translate client requirements into Smart Communications solutions with ROI justification.
• Experience building relationships with key influencers in partner and prospect communities.
• Comfort with travel and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; local language skills a plus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quota in annual SaaS revenue and drive quarter-on-quarter growth.
• Develop Smart Communications value propositions within defined sector(s).
• Present and demonstrate solutions to prospects and partners, highlighting competitive advantages.
• Generate new opportunities through targeted campaigns and partner networks.
