Job summary

Pluralsight in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue expansion across identified enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, build trust with senior executives, and coordinate a cross-functional team to map customer strategy to Pluralsight's learning solutions.

Hybrid role with on-site in Dublin on Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
• Preferable experience selling in a SaaS organization, ideally with multi-year SaaS contracts into the C-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close with business customers
• Effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionals
• Identify and understand the customer’s strategy and the related capability and skills requirements
• Help educate customers on the value of Pluralsight throughout the adoption cycle and provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs
• Develop and set a strategy aligned to the goals that enables growth within existing business and building new opportunities
