Job summary

SmartBear in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Major Account Executive to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion revenue while closing multi-product deals with senior stakeholders.

You will build strategic account plans, engage confidently at the C-level and across business and technical teams, and drive deals through a structured sales process. Collaboration with Sales Engineering and Customer Success will accelerate adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or Fortune 1000 organisations with multiple decision makers.
• Ability to identify, negotiate, and close large multi-product deals with senior management/C-level executives.
• Experience navigating procurement, legal, and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Billings and ARR across a portfolio of major enterprise accounts, focusing on new logos and expansion.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligning SmartBear's software to customer objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with VP and C-level contacts as trusted advisor.
• Lead discovery, product demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs-of-concept with Sales Engineering.
