Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. in Ireland (Dublin area) is seeking Deployment Strategists—Strategic Builders to translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and deliver measurable value.

You’ll lead engagements across multiple accounts, driving adoption and value realization with a delivery-focused team. You will shape AI strategy, architect solutions with Salesforce’s Data Cloud, and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory)
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem incl. Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
• Strong project and programme management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the complete value lifecycle — Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analyses
• Architect solutions spanning Salesforce's AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems
• Oversee delivery timelines, risk and stakeholder communications
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within your scope
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution
• Develop customer solutions using Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate delivery
• Manage customer relationships with senior stakeholders and show business value
