Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to define AI strategy and deploy agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll lead engagements from discovery to measurable outcomes, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure real value and adoption.

You’ll work with Salesforce's AI tools and Data Cloud, contributing to a regulated and high-impact environment across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform, Agentic AI, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and reporting for engagements.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communicate business value.
