Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive AI deployments from discovery through pilot and production rollout. You will embed with enterprise customers, translate needs into clear deployment plans, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

This hands-on role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong communication, and a bias toward action as you ensure solutions deliver real value in live environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Embed deeply with customers to understand processes and identify critical problems.
• Lead discovery to understand workflows, constraints and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers during deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure adoption and value delivery.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive improvements from usage data.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities.
