The role requires strong consulting skills, C‑level influence, and fluency in a second European language (French preferred).

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more lines of business (LoBs).
• Strong consulting skills with a proven track record as a Trusted Advisor.
• Ability to drive effective, influential conversations at the C‑level and handle objections.
• Fluency in a second European language required; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce Success Methodology to understand goals and guide value realization.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementations and evangelize cloud capabilities.
• Advise on organizational strategy, governance, and change management.
• Demonstrate Salesforce product knowledge by linking features to business priorities.
• Identify risks and collaborate with account teams to mitigate them.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business leaders to strengthen partnerships.
• Network within accounts to drive adoption and expansion.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services when appropriate.
