Job summary

Salesforce in Ireland seeks a Success Manager to partner with customers, accelerate value realization, and drive adoption across Salesforce Clouds. You will collaborate with executives to align strategy, governance, and change management with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor and industry expert across one or more LoBs.

In this role you will manage risk, lead adoption plans, and coordinate with account teams and Salesforce executives to maximize customer outcomes and growth

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value.
• Proven ability to conduct executive-level discussions; French language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply Salesforce Customer Success Methodology to understand goals and accelerate business value.
• Develop knowledge of customers' Salesforce implementations and evangelize Cloud capabilities.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce product knowledge aligned to priorities and roadmap.
• Identify risks and collaborate with the account team to mitigate them.
• Create and execute a comprehensive adoption path with timelines.
• Deliver business value and innovation by addressing key customer challenges.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business sponsors to solidify partnerships.
• Network within accounts to help customers achieve goals with Salesforce Executives.
• Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory resources as needed.
• Communicate product changes, degradations, outages, and end-of-life updates proactively.
