Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced enterprise seller in Dublin to drive high-value opportunities across Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. You will collaborate with Account Directors, shape multi-threaded deals, and build executive relationships with senior buyers in regulated industries.

This role offers a hybrid Dublin office setup with relocation assistance and requires fluent English and French. Progression toward Account Director or broader GTM roles is based on performance and business

Qualifications

4–6+ years of professional experience, with 2–4 years in a full 360 sales closing role
Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
Strong communication skills and executive presence with senior stakeholders
Fluency in English and French is required for this role

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
Design and execute targeted Enterprise outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signals
Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and map stakeholders
Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals
Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification
