Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Account Associate (EMEA) to drive strategic enterprise opportunities and engage with executive stakeholders.

You will partner with Account Directors to shape account strategy, lead discovery, and move complex deals from pilot to deployment within regulated industries. This role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in-office) with relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales, with 2–3 years in a full 360 sales closing role
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Retail

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on enterprise account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies to break into priority accounts
• Lead high-quality discovery to map priorities and assess enterprise readiness
• Contribute to pipeline reviews with outbound activity and account insights
• Build AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification
