Silent Aire, part of Johnson Controls, is a world leader in hyperscale cooling and modular data centre solutions with a strong footprint in Dublin. We design and manufacture custom HVAC systems and modular data centres for hyperscale cloud and colocation providers.

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business across EMEA, own the sales cycle, and deliver tailored HVAC solutions. You will build strategic relationships with engineers and data centre stakeholders while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in business development or technical sales within HVAC, Data Centre or related engineering sectors.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate features into client benefits.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, independent and driven to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What You Will Do

• Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new Data Centre clients across EMEA, focusing on custom HVAC solutions including Air Handling Units, CRAC/CRAH systems, FAN Walls, CDUs, and MDC units.
• Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales process with precision and urgency.
• Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive tailored HVAC solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with consulting engineers, architects, and data centre stakeholders to position our solutions as best-in-class.
• Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.
