This Technical Sales Manager role focuses on identifying and winning new Data Centre clients across EMEA, delivering tailored HVAC solutions and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience: minimum 3+ years in business development or technical sales.
• Hunter mentality with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical acumen in HVAC systems and translating features into client benefits.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, independent.
• Excellent communicator at all levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new Data Centre clients across EMEA, focusing on custom HVAC solutions.
• Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing, manage the full sales process with precision and urgency.
• Deliver Technical Expertise: Provide consultative sales support, ensuring clients receive tailored HVAC solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with consulting engineers, architects, and data centre stakeholders to position our solutions as best-in-class.
• Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and uncover new opportunities.
