Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop or improve independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans.
• Work with Team Leaders to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
• Collaborate to promote a safe working and living environment and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per policy where necessary.
• Record and log information per service reporting guidelines.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and participate in related training.
