Aufgaben

• Support individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Prepare and implement individual and group support programmes with Team Leaders.
• Promote a safe living environment and manage situations from conflict or challenging behaviour using appropriate techniques and language.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered in accordance with Medication Policy where necessary.
• Record information accurately in the service's reporting guidelines.
• Attend related training and be aware of all policies and procedures.
