Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centered plans.
• Prepare and implement individual and group support programmes with Team Leaders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a safe environment and address conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered per policy where necessary.
• Record and log information per service reporting guidelines.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and participate in related training.
