Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an ES People and Payroll Analyst to join a globally diverse team supporting employees using the latest Salesforce technology. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and experience with payroll, Workday HCM, and case management.

You will support benefits, time off, immigration, and HR policy inquiries while driving process improvements in a dynamic environment and partnering with managers to ensure accurate data and a top-notch employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in payroll, HR, or shared services.
• Prior Workday HCM or similar HRIS experience desirable.
• Experience with Case Management systems.
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll cycle.
• Experience with third-party deductions.
• Payroll legislation knowledge and year-end activities.
• Experience with payroll audits, internal and external.
• Strong problem solving and data integrity focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with growth mindset.
• Experience in HR shared services for an established company is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Salesforce employees via Basecamp and other channels.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base for employee self-service.
• Record and manage all interactions in a case management tool; resolve inquiries on benefits, time off, immigration, HR policy and employee data.
• Develop understanding of Workday for self-service processes.
• Maintain up-to-date process and policy knowledge to assist employees.
• Identify inefficiencies and collaborate on improvements for a better user experience.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
• Process corrections not handled through self-service in Workday.
• Participate in projects to modernize ES People Services processes.
