Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an ES People and Payroll Analyst to support a diverse, global team. You will handle payroll and HR inquiries, manage data in Workday, and drive system improvements with a focus on confidentiality and excellent service.

You will collaborate across the organization, maintain up-to-date knowledge bases, and participate in projects to modernize employee services while supporting end-to-end payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll/HR/shared services experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM or similar HRIS desirable.
• Experience with a case management system.
• Experience supporting end-to-end payroll data changes.
• Experience with third party deductions.
• Experience with payroll legislation and year-end activities.
• Prior experience with payroll audits (internal and external).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to employees and managers via Basecamp and other channels.
• Support knowledge base updates to aid self-service.
• Record and supervise all interactions using a case management tool and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop understanding of Workday for self-service processes.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and policies to assist employees.
• Identify inefficiencies and collaborate on process improvements.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.
• Process corrections not handled via self service in Workday.
• Participate in projects to modernize ES People Services processes.
