Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• PM experience required in HR/Operations.
• 3+ years HR experience incl. LOA & vendor mgmt.
• Benefits management across EMEA desirable.
• Experience in HR operations/shared services.
• Experience in high-volume tech environment.
• Experience with AI/RPA/analytics in HR/ops desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Hire-to-Retire projects and programs across HR lifecycle.
• Provide frontline employee support on Benefits, LOA, and time off.
• Partner with stakeholders to design seamless HR experiences using AI, automation and data insights.
• Develop SOPs and process maps with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce policies and current legislation.
• Train People Services on new processes and tools to embed changes.
