Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's Ireland team. You will partner with leaders to build and scale high-impact software engineering teams, sourcing passive candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will work directly with managers across the EMEA region, drive offers and negotiations, and ensure a professional interview process with a strong focus on building a diverse candidate pool and exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Experience with technical recruitment in IT and engineering domains.
• End-to-end ownership of recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders across regions.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates for software engineering roles in EMEA.
• Evaluate, interview, and close candidates with managers.
• Coordinate interview process to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Drive offers, including salary recommendations and negotiations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers.
