Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Partner, International to support our EMEA recruiting efforts, delivering sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement aligned with hiring priorities. You will attend intake meetings and help shape role requirements, screening criteria, and pipeline strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA recruiters with sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Attend intake meetings to align on role requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Participate in TA and People Team meetings to stay aligned with priorities.
• Provide guidance on role profiling, candidate assessment, and pipeline development.
• Source top candidates, conduct initial screening, and partner with hiring managers.
• Ensure top talent is retained for future hiring needs and leverage AI tools to improve productivity.
