Hostaway is seeking a seasoned EMEA Sales Manager to lead and grow a fully remote sales team across Europe, driving revenue and market share in the hospitality tech space.

You will coach Account Executives, refine go-to-market strategies, and partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to win in a dynamic landscape. Multilingual abilities and data-driven leadership are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in a sales role with 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead position, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in vacation rental, property management, or hospitality tech (PropTech/ HospiTech) is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of diverse EMEA markets, languages, and culture.
• Proven track record in managing a fully remote, distributed sales team.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian preferred.
• Proficient with modern sales tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a remote Account Executive team across the EMEA region.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and GTM plan for the region.
• Forecast, report, and provide insights to senior leadership.
