Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an EMEA Payments Product Lead to shape strategy across a complex region and deliver measurable outcomes. You will own end-to-end roadmap, define vision, and collaborate with merchants, partners, and cross-functional teams to scale payments capabilities across EMEA.

You will lead the center of gravity for payments on the growth path, balancing local method customization with regulatory readiness and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.
• Track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at high velocity.
• Obsessed with product quality across API design, dashboards, and docs.
• Knowledge of the payments landscape or ability to learn complex domains quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and customer-focused problem solving.
• Ability to dig into data and derive actionable insights.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with payment orchestration or processing.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year vision for EMEA Payments that anticipates scale and complexity.
• Lead Engineering and Design through the product lifecycle from 0-to-1 to GA.
• Enforce standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability for enterprise users.
• Partner with Sales to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Serve as the internal SME on the EMEA payments landscape and manage partner relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Billing, Connect, and Checkout to deliver a cohesive platform.
• Mentor or manage emerging PM talent within the domain.
