Job summary

KAST is seeking a Head of Europe to scale its presence across the EU, manage post-merger integrations, and navigate a complex regulatory landscape. This leader will oversee Product, Growth, Partners and Commercial as the region is prepared for success.

Responsibilities include integrating UK/EU entities, coordinating with legal/regulatory advisors, and expanding operations to support cross-border payments and card spend within Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior executive role at a fintech/crypto payments platform.
• Direct track record with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) on licenses.
• Experience leading license applications or regulator engagements.
• Proven success in post-merger integrations and team realignment.
• Deep knowledge of B2B/B2C payment flows and related products.
• Must be based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration of UK and EU entities.
• Coordinate post-merger with external legal and regulatory advisors.
• Oversee regulatory and compliance activities across cross-border models.
• Negotiate pricing and scale European operations to maintain margins.
• Drive adoption and growth of KAST Business and KAST Private in Europe.
• Scale the user base with localized marketing and incentive programs.
