Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of relevant product management experience, and a background in business or computer science. Agile experience and software development exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; relevant field preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience in business or market-facing roles.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services is a bonus.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s)
• Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
• Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
• Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
• Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts
• Create operational process and workflow documentation
• Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness
