Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Omnichannel Solutions Product Manager within the Merchant Services team in Dublin. You will bridge strategy and delivery, owning end-to-end solution requirements and client experience expectations for in-store and digital payments.

You will coordinate across Product, Technology, and partner teams to translate insights into actionable requirements, shaping prioritization and roadmap execution for scalable payment solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant payments experience across physical and digital ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of European payments, in-store and omnichannel.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic decisions into a delivery plan and cross-functional execution.
• Define end-to-end solution requirements and artifacts across merchant journeys.
• Map platform needs to current capabilities and identify gaps and priorities.
• Partner with Technology to align scope, sequencing, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead stakeholder communication and establish operating cadence and forums.
