Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Vice President, Solutions Architecture – EMEA to lead a large regional pre-sales organization, owning the technical GTM strategy for the region and serving as a visible technical ambassador with strategic customers.

You will drive transformation to elevate Solutions Architecture as a driver of consumption growth, building clear accountability, execution rigor, and demonstrated customer value realization across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or enterprise engineering within enterprise software, cloud, or data platforms.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-country pre-sales or solutions architecture organizations at regional/global scale.
• Experience managing organizations of 100+ members across multiple countries, including leaders of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional pre-sales strategy and define the vision for Solutions Architecture across EMEA.
• Drive transformation to make Solutions Architecture a primary driver of consumption growth.
• Lead a ~130-person distributed team across EMEA countries and sub-regions; build operating rhythm and leadership bench.
• Collaborate with EMEA Sales to differentiate on complex deals and build executive relationships with key accounts.
• Represent the company as a trusted advisor in strategic customer conversations and executive briefings.
• Develop leadership talent and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Standardize best practices in discovery, POC engagements, and reference architectures for region.
