Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to lead channel marketing strategy for EMEA, focusing on VARs and SI partnerships. You will collaborate with partner marketing, sales, and internal teams to drive demand generation, messaging, and campaigns across multiple partners.

The role requires strong experience in channel marketing, MDF governance, and data-driven reporting using Salesforce and Tableau. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in b-to-b channel marketing with SI/VAR ecosystems.
• Strong collaboration with partner sales and marketing teams.
• Experience managing MDF budgets and ROI reporting.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Tableau dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partner marketing strategies for the EMEA region with priority partners.
• Lead joint demand generation and co-marketing with partner teams.
• Oversee MDF budgeting, allocation, and ROI reporting and governance.
• Develop partner messaging and marketing collateral with internal teams.
• Measure impact and report KPIs; travel up to 15%.
