Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Director, EMEA Field Marketing to own the regional strategy, pipeline and ROI. Based in Dublin with a hybrid model, you will partner with EMEA Sales, Finance and Revenue Operations to drive funnel performance from lead to close.

You will align global centers of excellence with local execution, grow established markets and develop new ones across EMEA including MENA, and lead a distributed marketing team across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior-level B2B marketing experience in SaaS/tech.
• Proven regional or field marketing leadership in EMEA.
• Track record owning regional pipeline alongside enterprise sales.
• Ability to translate strategy into regional messaging and targeting.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple markets.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Finance and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA regional marketing strategy and pipeline.
• Partner with EMEA Sales to manage funnel from lead to close.
• Align with global centers of excellence for in-region execution.
• Lead local campaigns, messaging and targeting behind EMEA initiatives.
• Grow established markets and develop newer markets across EMEA (MENA).
• Lead the EMEA marketing team and manage ABM for upmarket accounts.
• Oversee the EMEA marketing budget and ROI.
