Omni is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing, EMEA to build and run the demand engine across EMEA. You'll own the regional growth strategy, budget, and pipeline target, developing each market according to its stage.

You'll lead a small team of growth marketers while building campaigns and programs yourself. You'll partner closely with EMEA sales leadership, BDRs, partnerships, and product marketing, and work with the Global Events team on flagship regional events.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand gen or growth focus.
• Proven pipeline ownership across multiple EMEA markets.
• 2+ years of direct people management while owning programs.
• Hands-on field/events/ABM/partner marketing and paid digital experience.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and forecasting pipeline.

Aufgaben

• Own the EMEA pipeline target and regional growth plan.
• Develop markets by stage and allocate investment accordingly.
• Plan and run multi-channel programs, events, ABM, and paid digital.
• Partner with EMEA sales, BDRs, partnerships, and product marketing.
• Own and allocate the EMEA marketing budget and forecast ROI.
• Lead and coach a small growth marketing team while remaining hands-on.
• Measure performance and report insights to leadership.
