Job summary

Clear. is hiring a Global Account Manager for its data centre division (EMEA) based in Dublin. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of Europe’s largest colocation developers, expanding from white space to gray-space infrastructure, and driving revenue growth.

You will engage design, engineering and procurement teams, coordinating with US-based leaders to convert pipeline into projects while maintaining commercial ownership and strong relationships across countries.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in commercial roles within data centre construction or mission-critical infra.
• Proven ability to create demand and win opportunities pre-tender.
• Experience managing multinational or EMEA-wide accounts.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA account strategy for 4–5 strategic data centre developer accounts.
• Drive new business and demand creation (≈60%).
• Map customer development pipeline and procurement model across functions and countries.
• Engage early with design, engineering, construction, procurement and supply-chain teams.
• Expand from white space to gray-space infrastructure including MV/LV power, cooling and controls.
• Lead global agreements and roll out in region.
• Track revenue, margin, pipeline and backlog, and collaborate with cross-border teams.
