Seven Executive Limited is partnering with a client seeking a Data Centre Business Development Manager to drive growth across Ireland and into the broader EMEA region. This strategic, high-impact role focuses on identifying, developing and securing new opportunities within the mission-critical infrastructure sector.

You will lead commercial negotiations, build a strong pipeline, engage with consultants, contractors and end users, and represent the business at industry events to accelerate

Qualifications

• Established and active network within the Irish Data Centre market.
• Proven business development, sales or commercial leadership experience within the Data Centre, critical infrastructure, HVAC or related sectors.
• A track record of securing and delivering complex projects valued between €500,000 and €5 million.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
• The technical credibility to engage effectively with consultants, engineers, contractors and end users.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and influence key decision-makers.
• A well-developed network within the Irish Data Centre sector is considered critical to success in this role and to accelerate the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic BD plan for the Data Centre market across Ireland and selected EMEA territories.
• Identify, develop and secure new project opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, co-location providers and end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Data Centre ecosystem.
• Create and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Provide market intelligence on customer activity, industry trends and competitor developments.
• Collaborate with internal technical, commercial and project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support the closure of high-value opportunities.
