Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience executing tiered ABM motions: 1:1 top accounts, 1:few clusters, 1:many at scale.
• Proven ability to optimize pipeline efficiency and manage marketing budgets.
• Collaborates with Sales, SDR, and Demand Gen to hit shared objectives.
• Resident in the EMEA region and willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Executing the EMEA field marketing strategy using a tiered ABM approach.
• Building and managing the regional field calendar with Sales and SDR leadership.
• Owning a pipeline target for the EMEA region and maintaining standards with demand channels.
• Supporting flagship events like Workvivo Engage as part of the ABX initiative in EMEA.
• Managing the regional field and events budget with a focus on pipeline efficiency.
• Partnering with Revenue Operations to manage attribution and routing of leads.
• Representing EMEA field performance in regional and global reporting.
