Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to lead a tiered ABM strategy, align with Sales and SDR leaders, and build a regional field calendar inside a hybrid model based in Ireland.

You will own the pipeline objective, drive ABX events like Workvivo Engage, manage regional budget, and report performance to senior leadership while collaborating across Demand Gen and Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS.
Experience executing tiered ABM: 1:1 top accounts, 1:few clusters, 1:many.
Focus on pipeline efficiency and cost-effectiveness beyond event volume.
Ability to manage a regional field budget and report to senior leadership.
Collaborate across Sales, SDR, and Demand Gen to meet shared goals.
Experience in SaaS or B2B tech; knowledge of HR tech or employee experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the EMEA field marketing strategy with tiered ABM: 1:1 for top accounts.
Build and manage the regional field calendar with Sales and SDR leadership.
Own a pipeline target for EMEA and drive pipeline across accounts.
Support global flagship events like Workvivo Engage within ABX in EMEA.
Manage regional field and events budget with focus on pipeline efficiency.
Coordinate lead follow-up with Sales and Revenue Ops for attribution.
Represent EMEA field and events performance in regional/global reporting.
